Shipping Methods:
We offer shipping through both USPS and UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. In rare cases, processing may take longer if a product needs to be made specifically for your order.
Shipping Locations:
We currently only ship within the United States. For international orders, we recommend using a USA-based reshipping service.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your account as soon as your order is shipped.

Please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Ensure you provide a valid street address if choosing UPS as your shipping option.
Returns Policy

- Products that have been inoculated or used are not eligible for return.
